Welcome to Photorido. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Photorido website, mobile app, and services (collectively, the “Photorido Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Photorido Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  3. Photographer refers to a user registered to offer photography services through Photorido.
  4. Client refers to a user seeking or booking photography services through Photorido.

Acceptance of Terms

User Acceptance

By using the Photorido Services (including browsing content, registering, posting content, communicating with others, or booking services), you accept and agree to follow these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Photorido Services immediately

Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and have full authority to enter into this Agreement. By using the Photorido Services, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Use of the Photorido Services

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:
  1. Use Photorido for illegal purposes
  2. Upload content you do not own or have rights to
  3. Interfere with or disrupt the services
  4. Attempt to impersonate others
  5. Use automated systems to access or extract data
  6. Publish or distribute copyrighted material without permission
  7. Any unauthorized or prohibited use may result in termination of access.

Authorized Use of Photorido

Users may use the Photorido Services to:
  1. Browse and search for photographers
  2. Register an account
  3. Post and share content they have rights to
  4. Contact and communicate with other users
  5. Book photography services

Accounts & Security

Account Access & Security

When you Register on Photorido:
  1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details, including your password.
  3. Photographer refers to a user registered to offer photography services through Photorido.
  4. You must notify Photorido immediately of any unauthorized use. Failure to secure your account is at your own risk.

Content Ownership and License

Photorido Content

All content provided by Photorido (logos, site design, written material, trademarks) is owned by Photorido or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use this content for personal purposes only.

Photorido may remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., photos, reviews, comments), provided you have the rights to upload it. By posting content on Photorido, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content in connection with providing the services.

Booking & Transactions

Booking Responsibilities

Photorido serves as a platform to connect clients with photographers. All bookings, negotiations, payments, and agreements occur directly between the client and the photographer. Photorido is not a party to these transactions and does not guarantee the quality, delivery, or outcome of any service. Users must settle any disputes directly with the other party.

Subscription & Fees

Subscription Conditions

Certain features and premium listings may require subscription plans or fees. All fees are non-refundable once paid unless explicitly stated otherwise. Photorido reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription terms at any time.

Modification of Terms

Right to Update

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective once posted within the Photorido Services. Your continued use after modifications means you agree to the updated Terms.

Termination

Reasons for Termination

Photorido may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. After termination, you remain responsible for all obligations incurred prior to termination.

Limitation of Liability

Photorido is not liable for

You agree not to:
  1. Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Photorido Services.
  2. Actions or omissions of other users or third parties.
  3. Any user content, booking disputes, or service outcomes.
  4. Client refers to a user seeking or booking photography services through Photorido.

Governing Law

Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India
