If you book a service provider (such as a Photographer, Videographer, makeup artist, etc.) after discovering them on Photorido, the vendor’s own cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies will apply to that booking.
Before confirming a booking, we strongly recommend reviewing the vendor’s cancellation and refund terms directly with them. Photorido is not responsible for refunds if the vendor’s policy does not allow them.
